Terms of use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of Vitralis, the iPhone app and the vitralis.app website, provided by P.r.o Tecnologia Consultoria e Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA (trading as P.r.o Tecnologia), Brazilian taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 37.302.421/0001-87, located at Avenida Gabriel de Rezende Passos, 316 - Santa Ines, Betim - MG, ZIP 32.603-100, Brazil (“Vitralis”, “we”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Vitralis offers short chapters on history, philosophy and theology, with animated illustrations, narration, captions and quizzes, plus features such as a daily plan, reminders and a quote widget. The content is educational and for general audiences: it is not a formal course, does not award certificates and does not replace academic works. Paintings and scenes are illustrations made for the app, not historical records.
The catalog may change: chapters may be added, revised or removed, for example to correct information.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the app, created with email, Apple or Google, and you must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices.
- What you buy is tied to the purchase email (on the website) or to your App Store account (in the app). To use a website purchase, sign in to the app with the same email you used at checkout.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
Website purchases. Payments made on vitralis.app are processed by a partner payment platform under its own terms.
- Monthly: billed every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment with no monthly fee, giving access to the app for as long as it is offered, including content released after your purchase.
In-app purchases (App Store). Subscriptions bought in the app are charged by Apple to your App Store account, renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in your iPhone Settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Free trials, when offered, convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Prices are shown before purchase and may change for new purchases or renewals, with prior notice where the law requires.
4. Money-back guarantee
For website purchases, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, by writing to contato@vitralis.app. Once refunded, access ends. This does not limit any additional rights your local consumer law gives you.
5. Acceptable use
The content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use within the app. You may not copy, download, redistribute or publicly show the chapters, narration, illustrations or texts; bypass access protections; use bots or automation to access the service; share your account; or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The chapters, scripts, narration, illustrations, brand, logo and software of Vitralis belong to Vitralis or its licensors. Widget quotes come from historical authors and are cited from the works indicated; the translations and selection are by Vitralis.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and the content accurate, but it may have interruptions, errors or inaccuracies. If you spot a mistake in a chapter, please let us know. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law guarantees you.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in the app under Settings › Delete account (this does not cancel subscriptions; see section 3). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable advance notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top. We will announce relevant changes in the app or by email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Betim, Minas Gerais, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim in the courts where you live and to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
